The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement. General terms include:

• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in your Service Agreement

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Conquermark and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Property

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the automation workflows and configurations we create specifically for you. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Our Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.

7.2 Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conquermark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conquermark from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will provide you with any completed deliverables
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• We may retain copies of your data for legal and backup purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
